Please can anyone tell me where you have to go to apply for the TIE near La Marina Urb. Thanks

Hi Scarlett,
If you don't already have a residency certificate, I would highly recommend that you follow Elinspain's suggestion of engaging a gestor to act on your behalf - Uma at Get Legal In Spain has received many recommendations on this forum.
Please note that you cannot attend the Oficina de Extranjeria (foreigners' office) at Alicante Police without first making an appointment. These are very difficult to obtain, which is another reason for employing a gestor to help you.
