What annoying things do estate agents do when showing you property? Trying to improve our service, all constructive feedback appreciated!

Hi Javier. I have generally had good experiences with Spanish agents, better than the UK to be fair.
If I was to choose a negative it would be a fairly minor one, where after disclosing a budget you are subsequently mailed every day with "hot" properties at prices much higher than your budget.
But minor :)
