Extension to Josefina

Can anyone recommend a reasonably priced architect and builder for extending a 1 bed josefina over the ground terrace area and also converting roof to a solarium.

Hi Helen,
We too have a Josefina & wish to possibly extend. Did you ever do this & can you offer any advice?

I would have thought that the first place to go to would be your community Administrator (if you are in a community) and then your local town hall to ensure that you receive the necessary licence(s) for the work to be done.
