I am coming over to La Marina in a weeks time, to paint our house. Can anybody recommend a good place to purchase exterior white paint please?

Please think about sunstroke, especially if painting a light colour. It happened to me a good 10 years ago in the UK on a not hugely hot day. I was covered up with a hat on but it was the sun reflecting off the newly painted surface that did it.

Painting in this heat, it’ll be dry on the brush, before it even reaches the wall. Temperatures aren’t going much below 20C at the moment, so the best time for painting is probably at 6 am which is when the temperature is at its coolest.

But go and see James at Quesada Colours he’ll give you all the advice you need.

Please tell  me when its 20. Haha ;)

 Will be great.

Phew, its going to be way too hot to apply paint.   Will take much more paint and dry too quickly.    Just like painting in frosty weather,  the paint may peel or bubble quickly.

As Cheryl says beware of sunstroke.
