Hi all, the estate agent that I am using to sell my property went to check on it and found that water has come in, he thinks from the roof terrace above the living room. We had painted it last visit with what was recommended by Leroy Merlin but with the deluge it didnt work. Can someone please recommend a sealer that will withstand that amount of water
