I AM PLANNING ON MOVING TO SPAIN IN 2019 I WOULD LIKE TO BUY A 2 BED PROPERTY BUT WITH THE OPPORTUNITY TO PLACE A MOBILE HOME ON THE GROUNDS FOR A SEPERATE HOLIDAY RENTAL TO GENERATE AN INCOME.
I WOULD BE GRATEFUL FOR ANY RELEVANT INFORMATION/ADVICE ON WHAT THE PROCEDURES AND LAWS ARE IN SPAIN. THANK YOU IN ADVANCE

Hi, Carol,
It all depends on where you buy the property, but I can tell you I know of properties with a mobile home on the ground but as yet they have been unable to rent this out, you have to be in walking distance from the beach and pubs.
