Damsel in distress needs handy man!

I am in need of someone to come and put up a speaker shelf, tv bracket, picture, hooks and gadget rail etc. All small jobs which should take a few hours.
If they can also put up some light fittings that would be even better and would earn biscuits!
Must have own drill and ability to stand on a chair without oxygen would be an advantage!
