Anyone who can help set up Residencia.

Hello All,
I´m currently working in Jerez, as Autonomo, but my house (soon to be my permanent home) is in La Marina.
I´d like to try to sort my Residencia out as soon as possible but I´m stuck for time until December, I can only make it back to LM on 30th August so would need help with what documentation I would need to prepare and, as a non Spanish speaker, help with arranging an appointment.
Any recommendations?
