Problems with Aeromax

Hi, Having major problems with Aeromax. Switched to another provider in January 2020, sent all equipment back registered post, received email confirmation they had received equipment, informed would get deposit refund (paid i cash at time of installation ) of 80 euros after 60 days. 8 months later, still waiting! Have called and emailed numerous times. Anyone with any experience of getting deposits back from Aeromax?

Went with Aeromax as they advertised here, so this is a warning to others. Big mistake.

Hi Tony, thank for your reply. Sadly, they don't have an offices or premises for customers to visit so don't have a complaints book ( Have asked for this already) . They suggest you complain by email, but of course the you do, they never respond. Its just a scam and a con from a company that advertises on this forum and they should be banned from here as they just rip you off.

Similar experience, waiting for 4 months to get my deposit back.

complained several times via email. They say they will provide final overview and return the deposit, another month has passed by and still not deposit back.

Want to start legal actions against them.

If there are more people with the same experience we might need to join forces for the legal action.

Hi, I’m still waiting and still chasing. Not sure what costs are involved re legal action , or if there is the equivalent of a small claims court in Spain? Certainly interested to see if you make progress with them. Thanks R

Hello 4 years ago I finished with Aeromax and sent them back their equipment ,yesterday I recieved an email purportedly from them saying I owed them 135 euros and if they have not recieved it in ten days they will start legal proceedings against me to get their money. can anybody out there tell me if this is a scam ????
