I’ve moved to La Nucia last week and have found I’m getting a bad smell from the wet room drain. Tried Bleach but thought I will give Soda Crystals or Caustic Soda a try. Been in my two local supermarkets, Masymas and Mercadona but no joy. Or can anyone recommend a Spanish product please.

Mercadona do their own brand of caustic soda - €2.95 for a 1 kg tub - Bosque Verde sosa cáustica.
Consum also sell it for the same price under the brand name Kelsia.
I don't know about other supermarkets, but you'd probably also find it in the chinese shops.
1 KG sosa caustica (mark......Las Dos ROSAS) cheap & will agua fuerte ( same brand.
