Park home

Hi I was wondering if anyone could help me...I've been gifted a sited park home but the landowner is saying that I can not have it and will take it of me and sell it and keep the money...there is nothing about this in the contract and I have been told the contract is void as it is not in English and Spanish also it is a contract for rentals in england... He now won't take any ground rent of me...I have even said I will sell the park home and he can have hes 10% but he says he wants all the money what can I do
