Hi are people still waiting for courts to start looking at their claim on illegal floor fees for mortgages.
I started to claim now over 4 years ago and still not much movement by the courts.
Anyone successful with their claims?
Any news would be welcome

Hi we have friends who were finally paid out in June of last year after 2 and half year wait !!
It all seems to have gone quiet. I will email my solicitor to get an update. Apparently my case had been listed in one of the courts last year . I'm still paying higher interest. Maybe its better for my solicitor if this drags on for a lot longer as they get percentage of the claim if successful.
