Sounds a bit like "Dragon's Den". You're valuing your company at 80,000 euros?
From you previous post I assume that this would be something to do with painting?

I’m prepared to offer you half the money but I would want 20% of the business. I would drop that to 15% when my initial investment was returned. I am prepared to go in with another dragon. Preferably Peter as I believe our joint experience and my manufacturing contacts in China could take the business international.
