well the spanish authorities at alicante airport asked for my locator form!!!

Hello, helltogo666, are you sure you were asked for the Spanish health locator form, as all information at present says that this is not required????

hi there - yes i didnt think it was needed - but for some reason i did one - and i was asked for it plus proof of vaccines

We haven’t had to use a Spanish locator form for the last week or so. You arrived in April so needed it then.

Does anyone know if any plans for Spain to drop the insistence on seeing vaccine certificate (in particular the booster) on entry? I know they're now only doing random checks, wonder if any plans to scrap it altogether for Half Term and holiday season, as they did last year?

oh yes - had to show the locator form - which they took off me plus they asked to see my covid passes - aand i see on todays news spain has extended this to mid june

can you post the link to the news item regarding the extension to mid-June that you mention, thanks.
If you go to the Spanish Health site - https://www.spth.gob.es/ - it says quite clearly that those coming from the UK who are fully vaccinated do not need to complete the health form. We were not asked for the form when we arrived at Alicante airport on April 22, we just had to show our covid vaccination certificates.

If you go to the Spanish Health site - https://www.spth.gob.es/ - it says quite clearly that those coming from the UK who are fully vaccinated do not need to complete the health form. We were not asked for the form when we arrived at Alicante airport on April 22, we just had to show our covid vaccination certificates.

Just re read your last post and you said 21st April. Not required now. We came back last week. Just showed vaccination cert.
