I assume 'Camino' is 'Cambio'. It sound like a receipt from DGT to confirm they've received a request to change ownership of the vehicle to your name. I'd have expected there to be a period of validity on it, but aren't sure. If I'm correct, it means you should have got the documents when they'd processed the transfer, but in view of the time that's elapsed, you definitely need to get the dealer to chase it up.
