...nately yes you are correct you could loose the 3 months.
Finance you need an income or savings in any bank account or several to show you can meet the required amount bank statements proof of income must be shown no need for translation or apostille.
Medical certificate need translating and Apostille
Criminal record check as above
Marriage certificate as above
The normal 3 forms need completing and copying
The cost is just over £500 each for visa application
