Hi Ellie - My husband and I would like to speak to you on the phone before we commit to a month or more rental. We would like to know more about you first and possibly meet you.  How many of you are there? Maybe we could have a Skype or Facetime call if you cannot get over here. 

We can do the month of September at a special discounted price of 550 Euros. However, the price for more than one month would have to be at least 600 Euros per month to cover all our bills. eg. Community Fees, Electricity, Water, Suma (Council Tax).We can only allow up to 3 months rental at any one time as the place is used primarily for holiday lettings. We would lose out substantially on income as we are currently getting between 550 and 600 Euros per week for the holiday lettings. Also, we have to take into consideration that we have paid out 7000 Euros on refurbishment. Let me know if you think you could work around this.

Hi Fay, we can do face time call at a pre-arranged time, it would be myself and husband with my daughter coming over possibly for a week.

Hi Ellie - Just checking if you are coming out for one week or one month as your last message says one week. We dont need to do Facetime if it is only a week. We only want to meet and chat to people first if they are staying one month or more.
