I do not know particularly that block of flats, but to my general knowledge this type of flats are not insulated temperature or sound. You can smell, if your neighbour is smoking. The older they get, more faults appear. Cracks, falling off tiles. Ground floors apartments get insect problem, rising damp, they are more difficult to keep secure. Please proceed with care. Check the area  for drain smell, noise level, services, what type of crowd lives there. Orihuela costa have an acute problem with local government, check this out as well.      Good luck with your purchase🍀

All  houses  and  Apartments  have issues  with  Sounds  and installation 

Apartments  and Houses  were designed  to be  Cool in  Summer.  No  insulation  of any type in older buildings.  It the way things  were done  20-30 years ago.

Some those types  of Apartments  have Parking  others  none at all

Up till about 2007 the main building regulation was that the building withstands an earthquake. That is changing since, taking in an account energy efficiency and environmental requirements. I had look in one of newish Scandinavian type buildings. You can definitely feel more robust walls, heating/cooling system, fantastic triple glazed windows...Not mentioning access to indoor and outdoor heated swimming pools and manicured gardens. I hope at least the basic is going to be incorporated to the average "spanish" style flats for affordable prices. 

If it where i think it is then its quite far from the bars and shops. Also it is on a steep incline ( known as cardiac hill) which can be a difficult walk.

We rented there once and didnt return there the following year because of the long and difficult walk / location.
