Hi Terry, I really like the start of your new adventure I book my car hire through a company called zest I get a small discount I’ll post the code in a minute I usually only go with Drivalia though we have hired them lots and had no problems and good cars too.

Just google zest car rental then when you get the option enter this code BR1NC3CH it gets you 5% discount as I work for the NHS it’s available to my friends and family 😉 so feel fre to use it.

Well it’s not going to be as good as the canaries no, but I think the Costa Blanca gets it’s pretty good, I was on my balcony on Xmas day in a short sleeve top and a beer. But it was heaters on full once it got to 4.30

Shortly visiting La Zenia looking for a new or nearly new 2/3 bedroom property with a pool.

I am being told by the agents the market is buoyant, but I find that hard to believe, what is the market really like ?.

My wife does not drive so we will be looking at something centrally located near to shops, bars & restaurants, any ideas of complexes we need to be looking at ?

At first we will be using as a holiday home but in a couple of years I will be retiring so a lot more use.

Any advice or help/recommendations would be very welcome

Regards

just bought a place in playa flamenca and have been keeping my eye on the market over the past year houses are selling faster than normal

i tried a offer on a property but they stood fast ended up having to pay full asking price but it is  worth the try to offer less
