Hi all. I'm in my first year of residency on an NLV and currently living off of savings, as opposed to a pension. I assume because of this, I will not have any income tax to pay? Will I need to do any kind of Tax Return form and is it best to consult a Lawyer/Accountant? Thanks for any advice!

Yes you need to submit an annual tax form. The information gathered from your tax form will decide on the amount you will pay for your medical.
