Where is my local hidraqua office

I have arrived to my Spanish holiday home today and found I have no water. I have checked inside and all turned on.i checked my direct debits and payments were fine until end jan but then nothing taken out for Feb or March, no obvious reason! I don’t know where to turn? Appreciate any advice please
