Gas Bottles usage

Hi all, can anyone tell me how long a standard (12.5kg)? Butana bottle should last? I was told should do the 2/3 cold months, no.prob,esp as I have a small 1 bed apt. 

But I bought a new heater /gas bottle only TWO weeks ago and it seems to have stopped working?? Ignition clicking but no flames ☹

Depends what its used for but if its in a calor gas type of heater and its used for around 3 or 4 hours per day at medium heat setting then around 2 weeks would seem reasonable.

Ah, ok. Well yes usage probably as around 2/3 hrs per day to heat room so ok. That's helpful, thought the heater may have had a problem. Cheers
