Did you email from your monthly bill or direct to Iberdrola?
Our bills are still in Spanish and can’t for the life of me find anyway to change to English!!

If you use the Iberdrola app for the PC you have the option of changing it all to English. All explained there in English for you.

Hi, Just to let you know that I have got my charge removed. I downloaded the latest bill, which had been emailed to me. I sent this with an email to them yesterday. This morning they replied with a new contract, omitting this charge. I just had to click on the send/accept and they acknowledged receipt, sending a copy of the new contract. So easy! ( I did check with my insurance agent first) and he agreed that in his opinion I did not need it. To be honest I should have looked into it earlier, so feel bad that I didn’t 😩 Many thanks to the original poster for telling us 👍😎

I just emailed them [email protected]. I did it all in English and they replied in English also.
