Does anyone know if you can get the Iberdrola app in English. Difficult to use Spanish version when dealing with electric bills. If you can how do I get it. Thanks

On the PC version there's a button on the top right for changing the language. Also on the PC you can use Google to automatically translate or by pressing the right mouse button and translate to English.

Also works on a tablet. Don't know if it's the same on a phone as, at my age, I can't read the things so use the PC version. Same as when I get an email. Phone pings but I open it in the PC so I can read it (the perils of time). However, most phones have a translate option as well. Plus look for Iberdrola app in English.

Can't find English version, need it on my phone, can't see how to translate the app without cut n paste into some translate which is too much hassle.

Hi Mark 66

I have an online access in English and also have the app on my iPhone. I’m not sure if you have iPhone or android so cannot be sure if it’s the same on android.

If you go into the App top right hand corner there’s an icon of a person, if you have messages it shows a red circle with the number of messages. Click on the icon and choose factura electronica, view the bill you want to look at,it will give you a summary of charges in Spanish, at the bottom of the summary it says ‘Ver Factura en PDF, click on it and it produces the bill in English. As I say I can’t be sure if it will work for you but worth a try.

Regards

Anne

Using Android phone, can get into bills via pdf you mentioned but it's all in Spanish with no option to translate.

My phone (Android Google Pixel 6a) has a translate app. If I get an email or any site in Spanish it comes up with "translate?" and just clicking that translates it. Must be available on other phones.

I have the same phone but not showing translate for me, must be something in settings somewhere.

Maybe it’s because my online account is in English and the App automatically downloads the bills in English. Have you tried contacting them via the App? There’s Contacto in the list in the person icon. I have emailed them before in English with a query and they replied very quickly.

Sorry I can’t be of any further help.

Good luck!

Anne

If I open the front page I get all the icons for all things available such as clock, gmail, google etc etc and two pages of them.

In between Settings and Wallet is translate and you automatically set it to translate from whatever language you want including the voice translate from Spanish to English. It's not Iberdrola as they do have the language in Spanish, Catalan, Basque and English on their app and PC pages.

Thanks Anne,  I have sent them email but no response yet. Don't have pc in Spain as I don't live permanently there. Once Spanish app open you can't open any translate to change to English.
