Dry rot and mould

Our apartment has an ongoing problem with dry rot and mould, does anyone know of a company that specialises in this problem who can help

Hi Darrel,
A friend of mine has recently used this company:

A number of building companies had advised that her property had rising damp and suggested (expensive!) solutions. However, Brits & Mortar undertook a damp survey and provided a report which stated that it is penetration damp, following a first floor extension, and have offered a much cheaper solution. They charge for the survey and report, which she was happy to pay, as it means she can ask for alternative quotes for the work.
