Hi My wife and I are about to buy a holiday apartment in the Los Balcones area and looking for recommendations for a good solicitor/abogado and recommendations on which spanish bank to opem an account with.

The legal department Torrevieja were excellent and my property purchase was completed within 6 weeks. All their price structures are itemised, so you know what you are paying for. They done everything from start to finish, bank, DDs, electric, water, Suma, community fees, NIE. And have always been thereafter for any help.
