Hi
My wife and I have a property in Los Dolses we purchased in July. We have started the process of applying for a Tourist Licence (our Urb allows them). First Step is the compatibility report from the town Hall (Playa Flamenca Town Hall) . Does anyone have any idea/experience (ball park) the time this can take to complete? Just the Compatibitilty Report not the full Licence.

Thanks for your quick reply
We do need the tourist licence as sometine in the future we may look to advertise as a holiday let. Also our URB states anyone wishing to let their property must have the tourist licence.
In order to apply for the tourist licence we first need to obtain the property Compatibility Report from the local town hall (Playa Flamenca).
I was wondering how long we might be waiting for the Compatibility report from the Town Hall.

Dont listen to Killjoy, you do need a Tourist License ( to even advertise(, call the town hall and ask how long the 1st stage takes

Thank you for your reply. We always intended to get a tourist licence and operate legally when we do decide to let. I'll call the town hall as suggested.
