just had my latest bank statement and had two charges for non residency management fees ,never seen this before thou
gh only bought less than two years ago , is this something new and if so how often will this be taken thanks in advance
I’m with Sabadell and the fee is taken every 2 years, not necessarily in the same month. The Bank has to supply details to the authorities if you are Non Resident, the Bank pass part of the charge on to the Police Department that deals with the Registration of Non Residents. My fee is usually in 2 parts with the total amounting to approx €40.

thank you anne the bank statement is taking two x 36 euros , would this be because it is a joint account then

Yes that’s right,they do a separate return for each party to the account.
