Hi Steve, thanks for your reply. That doesn't sound too bad at all, perfectly manageable that sort of money.
Brexit has certainly thrown a huge spanner in the works in terms of what type of property we will be looking at buying as it will have to be a second home so needs to be easy to manage and a good lock up and leave.
