Airport shuttle transfer bus overcrowding.
On a recent flight back to the UK from Alicante, I was quite disgusted with the overcrowding on the shuttle bus.
I do not think it would be fair on blaming the airline, because you are under the "care" of the airport authority AENA until such time you are on the aircraft.
After going through the strict social distancing throughout the airport from entering the building to leaving it, we were then crammed on to the shuttle bus standing shoulder to shoulder. I counted 50+ passengers on the bus.
I know that you are only on the bus for a few minutes, but this is unacceptable. It is surely a breach of covid regulations.
What made matters worse, was that the second shuttle bus that came along had fewer than 20 passengers on board.
Has anyone else had similar experiences going through the airport?
