I am triple vaccinated but my partner has had none. Can she go into supermarkets for example ? Can we eat outside in restaurants, terraces etc. Any info gladly accepted

Thank you,

Ianalan.

Hello

At the moment she can go into supermarkets but rules/restrictions can change though masks do remain on in supermarkets .

According to some posts on here, some bars & restaurants are already asking for Covid certificates for using their  terraces or outside space - its a changing situation in different places but, be aware, if you found somewhere you could eat outside, the bathroom facilities wouldn't be available to you without a valid certificate

Cheers

In the Valencian Region, covid  passes will now be required in all bars/restaurants including sitting outside on the terrace.

You’ll also need a pass to enter hotels, cinema’s, gyms etc, but you don’t need a covid pass to enter a shop. Starts at 00.00 tomorrow

In a separate ruling, it will now  again be compulsory to wear a mask outdoors at all times, this ruling applies right across Spain.I presume the previous exceptions will apply, when exercising etc. But that will be made clearer once the BOE is published either tonight or tomorrow.

Thanks Lynn,

That’s a bummer ! I will try and see the BOE

Maybe they will have a time frame when they might slacken the rules. I am hoping to come out 15 th Jan so maybe there could be some change by then .

Thanks for your help

Best regards,

Ianalan

Rules in force till 31 Jan.

With the announcement of todays figures, I wouldn’t be surprised if the rules are tightened even further.

Thanks Jane,

No my partner is French and we live in France . I fear the French are going to vote in the new year on re entry into France after a stay in Spain. If so

My goose is cooked which I suppose is appropriate for this time of year but scuppers my plans !!

Best regards
