Does anyone have an English helpline telephone number for Amazon.es or maybe an email address also for English clients.
I know I rang them once with great results but have since lost the number.

I've never seen a customer service number listed for Amazon es or uk. However there must be one because I did speak to them once to complain about delivery from their local carrier here SEUR.
You have to follow the links, through Customer Service/Contact Us, hidden away very carefully as they don't want people calling them!

+34 902 500 850 (or at 0 800 007 760 from within Spain) where you will find an operator able to speak English as well as Spanish, Portugese and French.

How kind of you thank you, I shall keep this information as I think the problem I had has resolved ie an order somehow got duplicated with a future delivery date which was to be today and I quickly cancelled it on the my orders page. However it has not transpired so i rather think they are more clever than i gave them credit for and cancellations are checked before drivers leave to deliver. So all is well thank you.

Amazon es will call you and they offer help in English you need to go to help select the product you are querying scroll down to more help select help in English or not if you speak Spanish enter your number and you get a call immediately

oh wow thank you for that, and as a by the by i have just discovered they deliver to the boxes in the Boulevard toilets next door to Primart as i was having trouble with courier not finding my address i’ve tested it and it works well in case anyone else needs to know
