I agree, many thanks to Jan and Alex for such a great forum, and to other members for their contributions.

Following up SClayton's comment about unusual questions, my favourite this year was posted just this week.  Someone wanting to know if their dog can stay in Spain more than 90 days?  Perfectly valid enquiry - I'm pretty certain it hasn't been asked before and it did make me smile 😄

I hope you all have a wonderful Christmas and very best wishes for 2020 🎄🎉🍾😘

Kind regards,

Kim

Totally agree, Feliz Navidad to Jan and Alex, to all the regular contributors to the Forum as well as those you are new to Spain.

I totally agree, Kim, a perfectly valid question but it made me smile. It also made me think that if people were micro-chipped like pets, it wouldn't matter if you forgot your NIE number, and wouldn't need a passport to get through the airports. Lots of benefits if you think about it.

I could do with micro-chipping my hubby when we go shopping! 😆  Maybe not in our lifetime, Jim, but the technology is already being prototyped, so maybe in the next 50 years.... 😉

Big Brother could monitor your every move, or the wife could tell when I have sneaked off to the Pub for a pint or three.

I'd just like to express my Christmas greetings to both Jan and Alex, with sincere thanks for all the good work they've done since they inaugurated the forum, and no doubt will continue into the future.

I've been a member of several forums in the last fifteen years, and have browsed many more, but this is far and away the best forum I've ever come across....

...

Enjoy!

Jim

Thank you Jim! Merry Christmas and a happy new year to you too!
