First port of call is your medical centre to find out why you have "slipped through the net".

According to a recent report in El Pais Spain currently has more doses of the vaccine than they have people to vaccinate. So there should be absolutely no reason why you can't be vaccinated.

Hi Tally,

Are you resident in Spain with access to state healthcare via a UK-issued Form S1 for the 69 year old?  Is the 63 year old registered as a dependant on that S1?  If so, you should visit your usual Centro de Salud (health centre) and tell them you're still waiting to be vaccinated.  If you don't have access to state healthcare in Spain, please advise as there is a different procedure for those, like me, who have private healthcare.

Kind regards,

Kim

Hi Tally,

I don't know whether you'll be able to get the vaccination there and then - the health centre may make a future appointment for you, but visit them first with your residency and SIP cards, and explain that you seem to have been overlooked.  Your age group was given Pfizer, which is administered with only 3 weeks between doses, so hopefully you'll still be able to have that one.

Good luck!

Kind regards,

Kim
