RENEWING NON-RESIDENTS CERTIFICATES

- I am enquiring how we renew our Non Residency Certificates.
- We have owned a property for 17 years in the Alicante area and up to this year had a Spanish bank account. Due to the poor and deteriorating relationship at Sabadell plus increasing charges we have cancelled our bank accounts and moved to an Italian online bank which pays most DD's, provides Debit cards and we can do bank trnsfers all for free.
- Previously the bank would renew our Certificate - when they remembered to do so. There were times when they didn't and then froze our account. Great if you had just come to stay at the property' and you can't withdraw funds from your account.
