Hi guys can you point me in the direction for the best car hire deals from Alicante airport and collision damage waiver , we got ripped off last year

Hi
I got fed up getting ripped off too so I now have an annual car insurance policy in the UK that covers hire cars in Spain. Its from icarhireinsurance.com and costs about £50 a year. I still need to let the car hire company block a deposit on my credit card in case there is an accident but its fully refunded when you take the car back undamaged.
This is well worth considering.

That's exactly what we do , we always go with ok rent a car , never had any problems
The debate about car hire goes on and on..... We've finally decided that it's worth taking out full insurance cover from the car rental company at the time of booking. Yes, it might cost a few euros more but the difference is well worth it. Express line at the car rental desk to pick up and drop off (saving on average an hour's wait at both ends) and also higher mileage allowance. Total peace of mind during the rental period and nothing blocked from the credit card, no hard sell at the desk- in our experience well worth a few euros! Makes the whole thing stress free.
For all inclusive car hire I can recommend Lara cars, but remember if comparing quotes to make sure they are like for like.
