You’ll be bang in the middle of summer & cars are scarce so I’d move on it quickly. It’s an expensive time. Some of good ones at the Airport if they’ll have availability are Lara, Edi, Wiber, Magnum etc.

Normally this is not a problem at all. We have rented cars many times from the Alicante and Valencia airport and returned it at our favorite camping in Oliva. I think there is a minimum of 3 days rule, but works perfectly. They meet and greet for delivery at the airport, and then come and collect the car in Oliva at the end of our rental. If is just to get from the airport to Oliva it is cheaper to use a airport transfer.
We normally use https://www.blancacars.com, but has also used a company called Victory cars or something like that. Both offer one way rentals with return in Oliva.
