I have a friend that needs to quickly sort out medical cover for their Residencia meeting in a couple of weeks but they have an existing medical issue. Can anyone recommend a reasonable priced medical insurance company or an insurance broker in the Oliva/Pego area. (They are under retirement age).

Talk to any Insurance Broker (Corredor de Seguros) , but in any case it will be very expensivo to get cover for over 65s with preexisting issues.

As Killjoy says it could prove expensive to have PHI with no exclusions, I would suggest you speak to Alfonso at Gran Alacant Insurances, he is very helpful and knowledgeable and will be able to talk you through your options. See their advertisement on the Forum or by the link below.
