Can anyone recommend Home Insurance for the Oliva area please?

Whichever the Insurer is, carefully read the smallprint (usually a book with some 50+ pages) and do not insure the building if the home is only part of a condominium. Many companies will not pay if the home is not occupied for more than a week or the main entrance door has only one lock.

I would highly recommend Liberty Seguros. Not sure where their office is in Oliva but there will be at least one.

I would recommend you contact Gran Alicant Insurance, a broker with an ad on the right hand side of the home page of this website.

The guy there, Alfonso, is highly professional and efficient. I switched to them two years ago for home and car insurance and have not regretted it. The company I'm with for both policies is Liberty Seguros, which Alfonso arranged. He makes sure he gets all the discounts you're entitled to and makes sure the paperwork is all done on time every year. it's all done by e-mail, and he posts the paper documentation to you promptly.

Can't speak highly enough of the service he provides.
