I have a mains gas supply at my house in Oliva, as I am not a permanent resident this is proving to be very expensive. I am always getting estimated bills which are always too high, the property was empty for a year but I was still paying for gas I have not used, tried contacting supplier but the website is only in Spanish, which I don't speak. Tried swopping to Iberdrola but this was also too difficult. As a last resort I am thinking of swopping to bottled gas, can anyone give any advice about the swop, cancelling mains gas and getting a refund from the supplier?
