Hi,
I use Zooplus.es for all my pet food. If you order from there you can put your friends address as the delivery address. They send you emails of when it is going to be delivered. This might be a solution if they do the type of dog food you're looking for :-)

Zooplus.es great range of products, prices approx. half that of supermarket prices. Excellent delivery and follow-up.
