You legally cannot advertise the property without a license. If you will be a non-resident then you will be required to file a quarterly tax return in Spain with the tax payable immediately. Tax is 19% after certain allowances for EU residents but 24% on gross rental for non-EU residents.

We’re non resident and are using a property management company. We understand about the 24% tax.
