Hi all. My husband tested positive for Covid about a week ago when they did the antigen test at Campoamar Farmacia. They recorded it on his SIP card and advised 7 day isolation, which we have both done and will end Wednesday. We were advised doctor would call. Have waited for call. No missed calls on phone but on our Gva Salut app record it shows a call made everyday. I know the call hasn't been made to us as I've not took my eye off my phone.  Has anyone else had it, where app shows call made but it hasn't.  Thanks

It may be best if you check with your local health centre as to what phone number they have for you.   Information is not put on your SIP card which is for identification in the health system.   Information regarding appointments, medications, etc., is on the san.gva.es website, I believe.

Thank you for your reply.  When I said they registered it on SIP card at the Farmacia,  sorry, I meant they took the SIP card info to register the positive result, which was  printed out and I had to sign . This information must have been uploaded to my husband's GVA Salut record as it's after that when the app showed the telephone calls. The surgery definitely have the right contact number as it's not long ago they contacted regarding another matter. Thank you for the reply 😊
