I want to come to Alicante just for couple of days to close down my bank account as it is bit difficult from uk I wanted to ask if I come just for 2 days and come back to uk what is requirement for covid test. Please if someone can help.
No test is needed to enter Spain. You just need to complete the health form to show on arrival.
To return to the UK from an “amber” country like Spain, you need to a) show a negative pre-departure test, and b) book day 2 and 8 tests in UK. Details on GOV.UK.

I closed my Sabadell account last year from the UK by phone. I couldn't believe how easy it was. Surprisingly, the were super helpful.

Thank you Craig for very useful information I have got same bank sabadell but they said your balance must stand at zero than they can close but when you withdraw money and ask to send to uk they got different fee charges and that depends on amounts and your account can go overdrawn or may be 2 pence good please could you guide me how you have done it. Thank you

I opened my new Spanish bank account first. I then phoned Sabadell and they asked me to transfer the funds to my new bank whilst on the phone. Once the balance was zero they closed the account with no charges.

Don’t go to Spain, you can close your account from the UK … I’ve just done it !!
Just transfer all of your balance to another Bank account. Then go to www.Banco Sabadell.es log on using your personal details and password. On the top right of the page there is an icon contact us. Tell them you want to close your account. Just make sure that no Direct Debits are due (I cancelled them first)
Give it a try what have you got to lose ……. Good luck
