Which office in Alicante to exchange residencia for TIE

I have been trying to make an appointment to exchange green residencia for TIE without success.
Now I have been told there are 2 offices in Alicante. The appointments & paperwork are submitted in one office & the TIE card is collected from the other one.
The offices are Campo de Mirra 6 and Calle de la Ebanisteria 4
Can anyone tell me which office to use to apply to & submit all the paperwork & which one to collect the TIE card.
