The lady that man's the phones for Cosy Casa sits up near the kitchen displays and has a bob type blond haircut.  I feel sorry for her really as she only answers the phones for Phil nothing else.  Hope he is paying her !!!

This company is the biggest rip off company I have ever dealt with, they partly fitted my kitchen last year, the standard was disgusting and as a joiner would not accept what had been done. They had been paid 2/3  of the cost and demanded, with threatening behaviour, the full balance before they would complete. They did not receive anymore. I made complaints to the police, they have had many and now they have closed down the showroom owing lots of money to other people. I got another company to complete my job 

Yes there was another couple I came across also had the same problem but they did pay it all.

Seems like he was getting the money and not doing the jobs. This should be dealt with by the police so hope it gets sorted for you.

I have Cosy Casa's phone and email details, but need the address to legally post the burofax. Even my solicitor cannot find them.

We had sent the burofax to Benijofar, but I guess it will not have arrived.
