I have Cosy Casa's phone and email details, but need the address to legally post the burofax. Even my solicitor cannot find them.
We had sent the burofax to Benijofar, but I guess it will not have arrived.

Hello, I have just come across this forum as I googled reviews for Cosy Casa. They’re coming to do a survey and give me a quote for central heating. I now, am having second thoughts about using them. Yours is the most recent post so I wondered if the problems with them is still ongoing. Thanks in anticip

They still have the same reputation.

Borja Plumbing did my central Heating and could not fault them at all. They are in El Galan near La Fuente Centre Villamartin

I made a complaint about the arrogant behaviour and poor workmanship of this company a year or so ago on the sister forum. He was defended by another professional on the sight. My post was very quickly taken down. I have now been vindicated. It was only a small suspended ceiling job to see how he performed before I employed him for more major jobs. After a simple query about painting to finish it off they took all the new structure down and left it outside for months after promising to return and remove the remains without collection. A near miss.

What on earth is wrong with these so called businesses. If they have the customer base I just don't understand why they don't look after their customers as surely this is the road to success.

As always the sign of a good company is how they resolve any issues because let's face it they do happen at times.

Just makes no sense to me.

...they would complete. They did not receive anymore. I made complaints to the police, they have had many and now they have closed down the showroom owing lots of money to other people. I got another company to complete my job
