Yes an email from Si Compare with all the times of the 3 new periods of peak off peak and super offpeak. 1st June. Iberdrola have confirmed our smart meter will be adjusted but won't confirm the prices of kilowatt hour for each time period. The times are all over the place. Super off peak all weekend and national holidays.

Dear Customer: We want to inform you that a new regulation will come into force on
June 11 that will change the time periods of electricity and power consumption.
As a result,we must adapt your measurement equipment to the new access tolls. You don't have to do anything, we take care of everything. It's an automatic and free change. We will remotely reschedule your accountant and send all information to your marketer,so that it can continue to bill youcorrectly, as before.

We will maintain the powers you currently have contracted.

You will be able to check your powers and consumptions of the new time periods in the Customers Area of our website or APP.

Just like now, any modification can be requested through your marketer.

You can find more information about changing access rates on our website. And remember that you can access all your accountant information through our Customers Area.

Scottish Power was rated the second worst performing company in 2021, for the second year running, must be following the Iberdrola model.

Yes they recommend Fortuluz who are the biggest savings apparently. Dont know whether to make the move or not. Probably not until someone will tell me how much these 3 time periods will be in kilowatt hours

Makes no sense at all as coming from Iberdrola.  Who are smart i-de smart electricical services? I certainly haven't received anything from them. I had to write to them and they said nothing will change for me. Will still have day and night tariff then they said the meters will change to the 3 time periods. Bloody useless.
