I'm an Iberdrola customer; haven't heard anything from them about tariff changes.

Looks like I-DE may be a subsidiary who deal with metering:

Iberdrola have sent me an email twice telling me my night and day plan will not change nothing will change even though the meter will have to be adjusted to the 3 new periods. As if I would expect anything from them to make sense or be the truth ! We will see

Has anyone been told how much these three new tariffs will be per kilowatt hour ? Can't find it from anyone

The New tariffs times are; midnight to 8am SUPER OFF-PEAK .8am to 10 am OFF-PEAK 10 am to 2 pm PEAK. 2 pm to 6 pm OFF-PEAK. 6 pm to 10 pm PEAK and 10pm to midnight OFF-PEAK, Satuday, Sunday & National Holidays all SUPER OFF-PEAK.
I got the email, I logged on my account but cannot see where to pick my chosen tarrif, any ideas?

because its still valid i believe...and on current topic...bad news doesnt know the time...unless you know differently...BTW people asking about tarriffs...0.09 0.13 0.22 for the 3 levels on Iberdrola....get yer washing done at weekends now...
