My name is Marion, living in Playa Flamenca, I am having trouble walking because of ankle pain and lower leg, doctor just giving me pain killers but I think if I had a massage on my lower legs and feet after about maybe six sessions I could be improved. Can anyone advise me please. PM please

Hi Marion, I am a retired nurse, and this is unfortunately is not the kind of thing that ex nurses would be qualified or experienced in doing. You would really benefit from finding a good physiotherapist in your area. They are qualified in what you require, and I’m sure you would benefit greatly. Maybe someone could advise you on the best place to go in playa Flamenca? I live in Sax and can only advise on a fantastic physio in Villena.
Hope you feel better soon, take care, G

Dear G thank you so much for your reply, I understand what you have said but I fear that a physio might be and expect to treat me too harshly. I really do want just a gentle massage,  my legs are very sensitive and I feel like I want to improve the circulation. I’ve tried the usual circulation boosters but it’s almost like a novelty that doesn’t last. Thank you anyway for your interest. Obviously at the moment with lockdown the solution won’t be remedied yet. Thank you again.
